I fail at everything.

I feel like a fail, Of course I am a fail at everything home work, Reading, Writing, Drawing, Collecting things, I have friends who are way better than me they can do everything I do better because I am a hopeless fail, They want to become artists and writers and when they saw me write and draw they said I was a disgrace to both of those hobbies I think what am I missing from my life? And I figured it out, Talent, I am just a lonely fail in life that doesn’t deserve this harsh life of mine why can’t I be talented? I have no talents I don’t even know myself and everyone tries to cheer me up with ”It’s okay your good at something” Well what AM I good at? Is this ”Something” Just a blunt lie because it is true? I don’t even know why I’m writing this of course no one will see it cause I’m just invisible everyone knows it but they tell me they don’t and act like they care they don’t know one does I don’t want to live…

The Accident….

The Accident

Lightning struck the ground as the car turned the corner. The windshield wipers couldnt wipe away the rain fast enough. Hailey was blinded by fear- and the tree branches that whipped against the winsheild of the car. Teressa was screaming inthe passenger seat, and Carly’s eyes were wide with fear, and she was unable to make a sound come out of her mouth. They had gone off the road.
Left, right, left again- then the car started to roll down a steep hill somewhere in the woods. All 3 of the girls were screaming. Hailey had tried to count the number of times the car had rolled. She had got up to 5 when the car suddenly came to a hard stop. The airbags deployed, and she had tried to make the hers deflate, so she could see what had happend.
Hailey looked to the right. She saw Teressa bent over, leaning on the blood-covered airbag. “Teressa..?” Hailey called out to her in the silence with her shaky voice. There was no reply. “Teressa,” Hailey called out again, louder this time, but her voice still quivered. She still got no reply. Hailey had forgotten about Carly! She looked to the back seat to discover her sisters body half way out the back window. She wasnt wearing her seatbelt.
Hailey unbuckled herself from the drivers seat and moved her way over the console to the back seat. She slowly examined Carly’s limp body from head to toe. Carly’s left leg looked twisted. Hailey was sure it was broken. “Carly, can you hear me? Are you okay?” She heard a faint grumble escape Carly’s mouth. Hailey pulled Carly back through the window as gently as she possibly could. She wondered if Carly was in too much shock to feel the pain in her left leg. Hailey checked her vital signs. She had a pulse.
“Hailey…Carly?” Hailey had finally heard the small voice escape Teressa’s mouth. Hailey was glad they were all alive. Therain was coming down less then it was when Hailey had swerved off the road. It took a moment before Hailey, Teressa and Carly coud recall the events of what had happened. Carly searched for her cell phone to dial 911. She found it underneath Teressa’s seat. The crash had cracked the screen- and it wouldnt turn on. Hailey luckily had her cell phone on her, and with shaky fingers, she dialled the number.
There was a busy signal. Hailey didnt realize she was injured until she saw a giant red stain of blood on her brand-new capris. She looked down at her leg and saw the bone sticking straight out of her leg. She cried out to her two best friends, “Guys, we need to get help! Now!” She was still in shock and didnt feel the pain of her snapped bone. Carly had several big cuts on her arms from flying through the back window and her leg seemed to hurt her the most. Every time she tried to move, she would cry out in pain. Teressa only had one long gash on her forehead from a piece of glass that had cut her whenthe car rolled that didnt seem to bother her. Hailey only had a broken leg from what she could tell. Her stomach really hurt, and she did have a headache.
Teressa had opened the door. They had hit a huge pine tree. Teressa poked her head back into the door and told Hailey and Carly the news. “We hit a pine tree. And the steep hill looks impossible to climb with all the dead leafs laying on top of it.” Hailey let out a big sigh. Carly continued to cry. There was no way out. Hailey kept trying to call 911- But she kept getting a busy signal. The shock wore off and now pain and panic set in.
Teressa suggested that she go and try to find a cabin or a path leading back to the road, since Hailey and Carly both had broken legs. She set off at a jog, even though it hurt her head. Hailey and Carly stayed behind in the dark.
Hailey couldnt stop thinking about her parents and if they were wondering, worrying- were they mad that she didnt make it home in time? Hailey slid to the back seat, ignoring her pain, to hold her little sister. They waited and waited for Teressa to come back. Carly had dozed off in Haileys arms.
A while later, Hailey drifted off to sleep. Somebody had tapped on the window of the car. She heard Teressa’s voice followed by sirens. They were saved. Teressa had found the highway. They saved Carly. Hailey was limp. She then saw every moment flash in front of her eyes. She saw every wonderful moment she’s ever lived, and then she wondered why she could see herself. Its like she was in another body. Almost as if she was another person. They put all three girls in the ambulance. Carly was crying hysterically. Teressa was sitting up, and she was also crying. Hailey was laying on a stretcher beside Carly, their hands linked together. The paramedic had to pull Haileys limp hand away from Carly’s loving, tight grip.
Hailey’s mom fell to her knees. “Dont cry mom..” Hailey yelled. But she didnt even look up at her. “Mom!” Hailey was crying. “Why wont you look at me?” The doctor had walked away. Hailey had realized what had happened to her. She had punctured a lung, broken 4 ribs, a leg, and she had a major concussion, that eventually killed her.
The funeral was a week later, when Carly and Teressa had recovered. Every one Hailey knew had shown up. Carly seemed most upset. When it was her turn to speak, Hailey was standing beside her. “Hailey was a beautiful person. She always gave, and never wanted anything back. She was more than my sister, but she was my best friend. I told all my secrets to her.” Carly let out a small laugh through her tears. “I’ll never be that close to anybody.” She looked up to the sky. “I know im not standing alone. I can feel you here with me Hailey. I love you”
